2015 International Prostar Idle

How about trucks that pump off thier loads? I dont doubt its a setting in the ecm but i have my doubts it CAN'T be changed

 

There are different levels of that programming, again which is not dealer programmable without factory intervention. If you order the truck to be PTO equipped then it will be programmed for idle shutdown unless in PTO mode. If it is just a regular highway truck ordered with basic CARB idle shutdown, it will shut down no matter what you do. I think you can extend the time to 15 min max, but that's it. Again, this is only for trucks registered in California or other jurisdictions that have adopted those regulations.
