Has anyone experienced problems with both rear wheel hub seals leaking repeatedly. We have replaced both sides several times and the bearings are fine. ????

I don't know whether this is applicable, but I had a problem with a drive hub running hot in the mid-1970s. It was my practice to lay a hand on different components and check temperature. The shop found that a bushing at the inner end of the axle shaft was worn, thus allowing the shaft to put pressure on the wheel bearing.

Check the axle vent for clear.

What brand seals are being used? Is the correct tool and procedure being used to install them? Installation errors are common. Try switching seal type or have a different shop take a look and see where the issue is.
