2016 Automatic Cascadia DD15- loses power, all lights come on dash, speedometer etc stop working

2016 Automatic Cascadia DD15 engine.
Truck was losing power. Multiple times to the mechanic. Here is what has been done so far:
1-Replaced and programmed new CPC
2- Replaced clutch
3- Replaced engine air filter
4- Replaced Samcab
Problem persisted until Samcab was replaced. After that, truck worked perfectly for about a week. Just got word that same problem is happening. When this happens a beeping noise occurs, then check engine lights come up on dash, truck goes into manual and loses power. Happens when the truck is bobtailing AND has trailers. Speedometer stops working. PLEASE HELP!
