I have a 2016 Cascadia and my driver has mentioned that the passenger low beam isn’t working, even with a new bulb.
With some searching of this site, I read that the headlight sockets tend to go bad as well as the headlight wiring harness.
This evening I went and replaced the headlight socket itself. Unfortunately that didn’t work. So I started probing the wires all the way to the frame and according to my handy dandy electrical tester, I’m not getting power.
I do believe that my headlight wiring harness needs to be replaced. I am here to ask if anyone has every replaced their headlight harness and to ask what the OEM part number is so I can start trying to source it.
Dot ‘the worry, I ran a jumper wire from the driver’s side to passenger side to illuminate that side of the highway. Although a temporary fix to keep DOT off his tail, I intend to get it working properly.

It certainly can be a broken wire.
It could also be a problem with the Sam Cab Module.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
It is the harness, just get a new one and you will be fine.

The wires break inside where they are tied off to the hinge.
