It doesn’t work with either switch? Check for power at the motor. If not, then you check for power to the node (the computer in the door). If you have power to the node but not to the motor, the node probably took a ####. I’m not the most familiar with the Cascadia… I know this was a fairly common issue on the Kenworth T660 and Peterbilt 320.

Columbia would be a similar time frame of manufacture, generation, if you prefer, to the Paccar trucks mentioned.

Thanks for the input I'll keep you posted

Check the fuse first. Labeled, big metal one. Right side of dash.
If fuse is good, take out BOTH switches that control that window (driver side switch for right window, and passenger side switch for right window)
To remove switch, remove the two forward visible screws near the switch, peel back the plastic to expose another screw, remove that one.
Use a small flat screwdriver to finagle the switches out, carefully so you don't break tabs.
Unplug both and clean with some WD or similar. Clean the contacts including the center ground.
Put both switches back, then test.
Don't test with just one in or one out, etc, they are intelligent switches and they are interconnected. -

I can’t imagine your power windows are much different than the ones in the fleet of coronado’s I work on. This is a common problem in my fleet. Normally what happens is the window switch sticks in the up or down position. Gets the window motor hot and the brushes stick.
The first thing we do is hit the bottom center (just to the inside edge) of the door in question with a soft face dead blow hammer 90% of the time it goes to working again. (On average we also dent the #### out of about 1 out of 10 of the doors!!). We then tear apart the switch and lube (di-electric grease) the spring loaded fingers inside to keep them from sticking again.
We replaced a lot of window motors before we found this trick. If you don’t want to dent your door, remove the inner plastic panel, and fish a bar into where it makes contact with the back side of the window motor. And the tap it with a small ball-peen hammer. -
If your a smoker and your switches are on the door I've found the ash will build up in the switch contacts.
I have had some sucess spraying contact cleaner in the switches.
Good luck..
