Not the systems you described. The load shedding relay could also be faulting, but you would lose a lot more than what you are saying.

 

Most of those items are controlled by the accessory relay. So you are partially correct to suspect it could be a relay problem. The issue is with the cigar lighter socket also not working because this is not controlled by a relay or body controller, it is powered and grounded direct. However, the battery cable that powers the lighter socket and accessory relay are the same. This is why I was suspecting a raw battery power feed problem. You need to have power at the center pin of the lighter socket, (outside barrel of the socket is ground), and you need to check for battery power at the 30 pin of the accessory relay. You might have more than one accessory relay depending on options, so check them all. Also, what colour is your datalink connector to the left of the steering column? Black or green? This is the round 9 pin diagnostic connector this is used to read codes.
