Hi, Dump Susp switch is Rapidly flashing Green light and isn't working.
Air bags are filled but won't dump. I just hooked DLB to truck and Suspension dump worked from Laptop.

So am looking for advice on what to look into? Dump switch could be bad or more likely a wiring issue?
Little guidance on How to check would be helpful.
TIA

My guess 1 of the 2 solenoids is bad...
It's the 2 in the middle.. they look the same BUT aren't. Wrong 1 in the wrong spot it won't air up or will not dump or the switch in the dash will work backwards... take then apart Wrong and you'll need to replace all 4

Disconnected the batteries for a couple minutes and then reconnect them and see if that fixes the problem.

Check this thread out, and read through it. Lots of good information including part numbers. The solenoids do overlap each other, so you can't just remove the two centers ones, the one to the left also has to come off. With an over current code, you could have a shorted solenoid, or the board it plugs into could be internally shorted. You won't know until you pull it part and test it. The solenoids plug into the board by spade connectors, which are sometimes corroded in behind. So you could be looking at replacing everything, be prepared.

I have read the thread few days ago. But my question is if Dump function works from Computer, could it still be Solenoids/ Board? Or could it be Dump switch?
Just wondering why it works from software if solenoid/board is bad. -
Did you disconnect the batteries for a couple minutes? If not try that first.
If the suspension solenoids work with DLB it is unlikely there is a problem
with the solenoids or the wiring from the body controller. It could be a
problem with the switch pack. The body controllers on rare occasions have
been known to"forget" some of the programming and need to be reflashed.
Can you see the switch in DLB?Last edited: Dec 12, 2022

Is there a manual way to test if Switchpack is bad?
I can see switch in Dlb and it doesn't work there either.
Only work when I do it from Signals tab. -
Are there any unused switches in the switch pack?
Do the other switches in the switch pack work?Last edited: Dec 12, 2022

If you look at the body controller in DLB when you activate the switch you should see a check mark by the corresponding connector terminal at the body controller if the switch is working. If I remember correctly!
If I remember correctly in DBL you can drag the switches to different positions as well.Last edited: Dec 12, 2022
