Take it to a suspension shop, and have them inspect the front end, remove wheels and check for trueness.
Remove tires to look inside of them for issues such as delamination.
Replace shocks regardless of how they look.
Carefully balance the tires when remounting. -
Just an update. So I replaced the worn steers and the outer rear drive tire that was a lower tread depth than the others on that axle. That resolved the issue. Thanks everyone!
