Perform a Aftertreatment Regen Analyzer using Insite . Fails due to Exh gas temp above max, I have removed EGR inspected and cleaned, replaced diffirential pressure sensor and cleaned both ports.cleaned exh. gas pressure tube .Insite showing 100% egr cooler efficiency . Any ideas what problem may be ? Exh pressure sensor > Thanks in advance
2016 PX-9 Exh. gas pressure above max.

Please share regen history from Insite. I think your analyzer is pointing to elavated DPF temps not EGR.
Any fault codes?
Make sure and double check the cross drilling in the intake. Remove the allen plug and make sure a drill bit runs all the way through by hand. Follow with a rifle brush.Last edited: Nov 2, 2019
spsauerland and habfleet Thank this. -
Original fault code was a 3382 . I did the above sent the trk out day later came with same code . Performed DPF Regen. Analyzer the test will not complete ,because status window shows "Exh gas pressure is above maximum spec." no it did not set a fault code .

I replaced the EGR gas temp sensor reran test same result . Could the EGR cooler be plugged even thou Insite is telling me 100% effiency ? the trk is 3yrs old but only 40,000 miles that the cooler would still be at 100% ??

Barometeric air pressure 30.2 inhg Exhaust gas pressure 137.15 inhg during active regen

Report back with readings KOEO after cold soak.
spsauerland and pushbroom Thank this. -
Cold Soak Barometric air pressure 30.1 inhg Exhaust gas pressure 30.40 inhg

Those readings are all good. I don't think I would go digging further without a fault code. I say put her back to work. Maybe Cummins could give some insite to the fault.
Is the engine software level current? How many times did you run the analyzer with a fail?habfleet and spsauerland Thank this. -
EGR shouldn't be flowing @ all during regen. Sounds more like turbo or after treatment issue. Regen temps from after treatment history would help like @Goodysnap posted. Don't know how lucky you are for his free time and information.
Goodysnap Thanks this.
