Always appreciate any help i receive. Dpf temps around 1000* + doc 700*. Did update the ecm with current calibrations. Ran test 4 times failed 3. I to just dont see another direction to go to. That why i put it out there to you guys who know and have more experience then me. Hate to have a trk come back after i worked on it. Thanks for the help

Just for giggles you could check the EBP tube with wire or brush for blockage. Pull the sensor connector and check for moisture and pin drag. Throw a sensor at it if you want but its reading fine and in range.
Tis more likely a turbo issue. Data log the pressure through the regen, does it ever spike or go above 135?habfleet Thanks this. -
Yes I did clean the tube and put a new sensor on it to see if there was any changes there was not . I think I do remember seeing the gas pressure up around 137 . I'm sending it back Monday and let them use it see what happens . I guess I will need to check the turbo if it comes back. The trk only has 40,000 miles on it .

I'd be surprised if there is anything wrong. Probably a glitch in Cummins test.
