We Yes get this brand new 2016 Volvo 780 out on the road , and went you are running at 60mph the truck start shaking no before or after 60mph , since we pick the truck in Ga ,we take it to the dealer in NJ and so far they have not found any problem on the truck , They say that maybe the tire have trouble and they don't deal we that so I will have to take it to a tire dealer for the guarantee , and there is not trailer attach to it yet ,any suggestion?

Or maybe when it was towed to the dealer from the manufacturer they messed up the tie rod while hooking it up or something along those lines. My 08 780 shook at a little over 65 to 80ph. Was the tie rod.

Vibration issues can be a ##### to find. Thankfully it's under warranty.

Sounds like the dealer is washing their hands of it. I agree it sounds like a warranty but in the mean time of chasing down the culprit money will get pissed away. If it is a bad tire though why is Volvo saying that's the tire company not them? That doesn't sound right. This is not a glider truck with hodgepodge. If I bought new and there was a problem i'd be ticked off to no end if a dealer gave me that crock.

A lot of times they need to road force balance the combo at temperature not cold.
But sounds like a balancing issue most likely. Good luck with whatever it is/was.

There are only a couple things I have seen on new trucks that cause a vibration. The drums are out of round they will need to measure for true round any Volvo dealer should be able to handle this as it is more common than you could imagine. Next rim out of round. Steer tires improperly mounted. Drive shaft balance. Next and least likely would be front suspension part failure. We have put in service almost 350 Volvo's in the last 2 years and that is the papers order I see them. Approx 1 in 5 has a shake issue. A constant vibration at any rpm would be internal engine and the transmission will NOT cause a vibration at all. I see the front drums the most and especially the cheap cast. If you have centrifuse drums I would look at the rims. Wheel balancing could be suspect but I have only seen that once.

K sounds proper just referring to GM problems that may have been the same issue as this one.
Proper fix was road test to bring heat up and then road force balancing to fix it 99% of the time.
Didn't know till now if that was a logical explanation thanks for the insight.
