2018 Freightliner secondary air leak only when moving

Yes, this is ALM. The pink hose going from a valve underneath the cab all the way to rear differential. In my case I only had one axle with ALM, and my frame was painted black by dealer, so it was pretty hard to trace.

Trace it all the way from the valve to differential. Mine was cracked underneath plastic clamp right above rear drive axle.

Also you can google TSB-35-032-FTL and the first link will be a service bulletin, helped a lot.
