This cascadia I'm driving is a 2018, it doesn't have the Ambient light switch or footwell. The slpr lights won't stay on, if I turn them on from the cab or slpr they only stay on for 10-15 sec then turn off. If I turn on the dome light and the slpr lights then they both stay on and the dome light will stay on by itself just not the slpr. Does anyone know how to keep them on, I'm sure I'm not doing something right but it's a dang light, on and off or so I thought. Thanks

Have you looked at the owners manual?

Batteries might be low / worn. Sounds like it is in self preservation mode. When the batteries get low, it will turn things off to limit power usage.
Leave the engine running and turn on your sleeper lights and see if they stay on. -
I have a 2019 Cascadia and it does the same thing The Sleeper Dome Lights will only stay on if either the Ambient or the Front Dome light is on. It's not a battery issue because every other light stays on

To keep the sleeper and other lights on the key has to be in acc. Position. Turn it to the leftDave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
