Slip joint only has 1 clamp on it. Steady bearing side isnt clamped for easy removal

    Just to update the tread.

I have a 2019 pete 389 that has a serious vibration. It only vibrates between 52mph and 58mph in 7th direct while in the throttle. If im decelerating or coasting at that speed theres no vibration.
It has a x15 cummins 565 hp 18spd 2050 torque. Now a couple times a day when climbing a hill loaded in 7th direct it will pop out of gear and make a horrible sound. Wont go back in so i downshift to 6th direct and eventually get the speed to go back to 7th. Already been to the dealer and measured driveline angles.found nothing wrong. Truck has 33k on it now. Any thoughts?
Also passenger window doesnt work, dash electronics that tell you outside temp etc dont work anymore. Factory installed vhf antenna does not work, and roof leaks water when raining. I guess i got the lemon

Vibrating while coasting is usually ride height issues. Only vibrating while under load is most often a clutch adjust issue like 0 freeplay. What is your freeplay on your clutch?
Drivelines vibrate coasting, loaded and cruising.
Did the dealer check angles or ride height?
The rest of the issues are small things, dealer should be able to tske care of them easily.
Trucks get pre delivered when they reach the dealer. Mostly the young techs will do the inspection and can miss some things.
Drop it off with a complaint list and shouldnt be too hard to rectify it

My ride height experience is grinding on acceleration- too high. Grinding on deceleration- too low

2.1M cabs use hydraulic clutch actuation. Here is the manufacturer Clutch Servo
