People have to be Insane to pay those kind of prices.

My parents had a 1996 45 Monaco Coach with the Cat and Allision they bought year old but brand new. Dad beat the crap out of them on price.

Think he paid 155 for it

They were one of the few people that used theirs. Went to every state over 7 summers including Alaska the last year.

120 thousand on the clock was just getting broken in. I shot some new clear on the outside so it looked like brand new. Inside was immaculate yet.

Gave it away for 22 because it was the last year of no slide outs

Fast forward to today.
My best buddy bought a 6 year old 50 foot tandem with 4 slide outs Newmar.

Had 30 thousand on the clock. He figured paying 130 for a coach that looked like new and sold for 600 new he couldn’t get hurt putting 20 thousand on it.

He just lowered the price to 105 and just started getting calls on it .

 

I'm guessing you would need a locomotive turntable.

I saw that up close and with a personal tour a while back when I was out in California for business. It is nice but it isn't the only one out there.
