    2019 cascadia
    Dd15/DT12 transmission
    Geared at 2.85
I’m not getting the best mpg maybe 6.5-7 running at 60 mph 1100 rpms. My question is this- will cleaning the Egr, hot pipe, and sensors help boost my mpg? Any other recommendations? Also all my tires are 110 psi.

I wouldn’t touch EGR and all this stuff you mentioned if it works fine. Some engines just drink more than others. Try going for 1200-1300 rpm maybe and see how much takes than.

We usaully get 6.5 to 6.9 in our 2019s,at 65 mph,1350 rpms on flat ground, cruise control on.I don't know what the gears are though.Drops to 4 or 5 mpg or less when we get into any hills.Super single tires and usaully not fully loaded,in weight.Sometimes only 20k on the trailer, stepdeck.

The gear ratio should be on either driver or passenger door

I looked for them before, can't find them.
They only run on economy mode or manual,no performance mode.We run into Edmonton from Houston so we end up with #1 in the tanks for part of the trip and it burns off a lot quicker than #2.I haven't driven them in the summer yet.I drove for Schneider a short time, they were limited to 63 mph and I would see 8 mpg a lot.I had a t680 for a month and it got over 9 mpg a few times. It was a 2017 t680 with Schneider specs.
We fuel at pilot or flying j most of the time so we use their bio blend. When I get fuel at Petro Canada or Mom and Pop places I can tell there's a difference, truck has a little more pep.
