Drivers, have a 2019 Cascadia, everynight when I set the cab comfort mode, if I do not set the cab thermostat to almost full cold, the truck will start but inmediatelly will stall or die, anything between the middle of the temp knob to almost super cold the truck will start and shuts off and every 3-5 min will try to do it again. Any ideas what it could be? Thank you and stay safe

I'm driving a 2020 and it will or was doing the same thing. They just replaced all 8 batteries, so far with Interior Comfort Mode, it has not done it. This could also be because with new batteries it can now run 8-10 hours.

My truck did it more in winter then summer. That's why I'm thinking batteries. To avoid the problem I would just turn on regular Optimized Idle, so it would only monitor battery voltage and engine oil temperature. The sleep APU will run on batteries till the truck hit 12.1 volts then the engine will start and run 2 hours.

My truck had bad batteries from the factory and my company replaced like 4. Then at about 170,000 miles all 4 batteries behind sleeper were bad. In not sure my company tested the other 4 under driver seat. Now at 245,000 miles they just load tested all 8 batteries and they all were bad. I'm hoping I can us Interior Comfort Mode again. My truck doesn't have any fault codes and I asked company shop if other drives had same trouble the said no. The odd thing is I could always start truck so they batteries were not so low I could not start engine manually. It would also start in regular Optimized Idle
