Right rear turn signal does not flashed. Replaced the bulb & switch. Still no solution. Curious to know the fuse number for the turn signal. Does anyone know? Or possibly help me. Thanks!
All I can tell you is the diagram on the fuse panel door of a Kenworth is useless. I’ve got five of them in the yard and the diagram on the panel doors doesn’t resemble the electrical system in any of them. Without a VIN specific service manual a lot of it comes down to pulling fuses, breakers and relays until you get the right one by mistake. On yours, being a newer truck, I might start looking at the grounds on the signal circuits. The electronic flasher units in the newer trucks are a little sensitive to bad grounds.
The fuse panel diagram in my 2021 T680 correctly described the fuses. There are 2 fuse panels, or more. One was about where the clutch pedal is located. Another is in a black plastic box, on the engine side of the firewall next to the steering shaft.
First time for everything I guess. I’ve had KW trucks since ‘84, got 5 in the yard now. I’ve never seen one that was right.
i’ve got a ‘21 - and i think it’s bulb specific got a ‘21 and the bulb would not flash - but stayed on. In my case it was bulb specific- meaning it had to be the exact factory one. I’d change both sides - think it has to do with the module finding the right resistance - so the wattage of the bulb has to be factory
