2019 KW T800 w/Cummins X15 won't start, dash not cycling

2019 KW T800 w/Cummins X15
Truck turns over but won’t start. Dash doesn’t cycle. Traced it to this plug. If I unplug it the truck will start but dash doesn’t work and throws a circuit code. If I plug it in it will kill the motor. Lights stay on until I plug it back in. What does this run to?
