2020 t880 pusher axle lifts with parking brake

    How do i get the lift axle to stay down with the parking brake applied?

    The truck was specced with only a service brake on the lift axle, i added a 24/30 chamber so i have parking brakes. I cant figure out how to get the axle to stay down. As soon as i pull the brake it turns the green light out on the switch itself, and the axle lifts regardless of switch position.

    I do believe it’s programmed that way in the body controller. Not sure what the dealer had to do to mine but it stays down when the park brake is set. Also why the need to have park brakes on the lift axle?
