    Have a 2022 peterbilt x15
Code 132 accelerator pedal position sensor 1 voltage shorted or low.
Code 1241 accelerator pedal sensor 2 shorted or low
Code 2222 fuel level sensor circuit voltage above normal or shorted high.
1.I verified wiring from pedal to ecm are good.
2.i have 5v reference on pedal
    3. The wiring diagram for the fuel level sensor shows a 3 wire plug, the only plug on the tanks Is a 2 wire?
    4. On the radio it is showing soot level full parked regen needed? In cummins insite it shows soot level normal, tried to start a regen but it fails, also the dic shows shut down engine.
    5. There is a code (using jpro only) for j1939 for abs.
Driver said all this happened at the exact same time all the lights and no pedal?
Any ideas where to start or any help?

How/what did you do to verify the wiring from the pedal to the ecm? Did you follow the steps in Insite? There are 2 sensors as the codes state, Sensor 1 for Code 132 and Sensor 2 for Code 1241.
Here are 2 short excellent videos for sensor/wiring problems. Basically the same issue.
Customer States- Finally!! 7.3 (T444E) ICP diag and repair - YouTube meat of this one starts at about the 45 second mark.

May be something outside of the pedal circuit as all the problems occured at once but I would start there.

Looking at the wiring diagram the pedal sensors wires directly to the ecm plus a few other sensors on same wires like the 5v. Which all those work..
I checked continuity of those wires straight to the ecm.
I unplugged the pedal sensor with no change in the codes

You most likely have an intermittent wiring short to ground on the Engine harness. Inspect all mount and rub points on the left side of the engine ECM to firewall.

Could be inside the cab too. But outside is more likely.

    krupa530 and Transportauto Thank this.

In insite when clicking on the code it does pull up a diag for the code however there ant any diagrams or connector views with pin outs. Is that normal or is that additional info a paid service?

The wiring info for the sensor on Cummins side is generic to the engine and universal for all OEMs.

Harness schematics with detail are specific to Peterbilt on your truck.
