The first time got on fire the truck was idled, 2nd time was off for around 2+ hrs, replaced the hose and add a ground from the block to the frame. The day after after driving 150 miles the batteries discharged while I was driving I could stop on the side of the road and noticed that the power steering hose was almost cooked (ready to get on fire). Take the ground off the engine block and replaced the hose. Any idea what is causing that issue? Added a pick of the last hose

If it got that hot then the fluid is cooked and needs to be flushed/changed. Does it have a p.s cooler? Check to make sure that it is clean and check to make sure no lines or hoses are pinched or kinked. Possible sticking relief valve. Make sure there are no leaks. I doubt that the electrical system has anything to do with the hose but you can check the pump and hoses etc. and make sure that no wires or cables are rubbing against any of them.
Find out if there are any recalls or service bulletins related to the steering for your truck.

Check your battery to frame ground connections. If those connections are compromised I have seen the electrical system try to ground through the power steering pressure line because it is steel reinforced for high pressure.
I saw one hot enough to be smoking….

You added an additional ground with no effect. Doubting it was acting as a ground. I would focus the troubleshooting on the power steering system first based off that.

    Concorde Thanks this.
