.41 cpm is ok as long as there's plenty of miles and good accessorial pays.
If you're going with Schneider Bulk (tankers), you'll do fine, otherwise it's luck of the draw.
Go with the tanker division and you'll do just fine and make good money. Some of their tanker drivers that have a strong work ethic and do OTR are taking home over a thousand a week right out of school.

    austinmike and CP1995 Thank this.

Might want to check back with Schneider, most of the megas require 23 years of age.

Good luck. Schneider bulk is a good starting point. You can definitely make good money. At least the couple of midwest guys I know, do well with Schneider.

Indeed,I was warned by my mom, grandma and grandfather who work for a tanker company and they told me the same thing. I checked back with my recruiter and I am slotted for tanker,

Yes, I am doing OTR because seeing that I'm single with no children it seemed like the best route to go

OK, you'll do fine with Schneider Bulk then. Their tanker drivers are well trained and know what they're doing. Where will you attend tanker school?
