    +If his driving record is very good have him bring you a copy of driving record, or carry him and stand there when they hand it to him and scope it out a lot of your hi Insurance. rate can be based on your drivers tic. record, if all is good and driver has a clean mvr. then put him as driver and all ways keep your/self as owner not a driver, and see what money it saves you?
