There are some smaller companies out there, just don't know of any myself, that's why I was looking for recommendations. And when autonomous trucks start taking over the industry, I'll be out, just looking for something till then, but that's okay, just gonna settle with another large governed company. I know I don't have enough experience to find a good job, so I'll just take the crap I can get. Knew i was wasting my time trying to ask another driver because i know how its the "me first" attitude instead of the " hey hand, need some help with that" attitude that has replaced the driver industry the last couple decades.
23 and 1 year OTR What's my options?

I think Abilene Motor Express runs 72 mph, but they're going to all automatics.
Probably best chance to find what you want is on Craigslist.
Ask Carolina Logistics about their trucks. They're a 1099 Russian outfit. -
Ayoungin205 Thanks this.

You can make $62K - $72K per year working for A&R Logistics in Decatur,AL.
Don't need endorsements of any kind. Last time I checked don't even need tanker endorsement due to the product they haul which is plastic pellets. Picture of one A&R truck; may have to refresh the page for the picture to show.
