Spent $25.98 on a BIG chuck roast at Walmart. Plus onions, a red bell pepper, 2 japaleno and 2 bundles of asparagus. I already had my spices, garlic and few more veggies. So it's roast plus fixens and roast tacos this week. Iron Skillet can suk it. Lol 2016-08-28 13.27.30.jpg 2016-08-28 13.26.54.jpg 2016-08-28 13.26.10.jpg

Wow. Enjoy your truck stop healthierchoices then. Lmao
I guarantee that I eat healthierthan 90% of the truckers out here. Maybe up your game and good luck finding a Whole Foods you can park at.

That’s gonna be delicious no doubt but after the 4th time in a row of eating it..... yeah you need a least another option or 2 for the week.

His option 2 : Tacos. He already said this. ;)

An while I doubt the OP truly eats better then 90% of the drivers out there, I give him many points for at lest not eating truck stop food of any variety an actually fixing his own. Red meat an veggies is far better then Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Iron Skillet, Dennys, etc etc etc etc.

    Looks good!

Far as hunting the cow himself...Paging the usual suspects, your ability to hit stuff is needed....

    HA!

Sirscrapntruckalot - Everything that tastes good is bad for you. Everything that is good for you tends to not taste as good. Life is not fair. :(
