I am once again going to post this. I hired a person who is on Parole for murdering a Deputy Sheriff.
As to no company worth it. The driver made 1573 last week. W2 not 1099.
Right now, we only have three trucks. So, I am not hiring yet. But keep me in mind if no one hires you.HotH2o Thanks this. -
If I remember correctly, it's a Dynasys APU. -
The Dynasys APU works great. The only problem with it is the fact that I have it on a 2017 Volvo VNL 780. The skirts on the truck are a bi tch to remove. So servicing it is a lot of work. The new Volvo's have corrected that problem. I can upgrade to the new style but I haven't as yet.
All summer I was cool and so far this winter I have be very warm.
I broke a belt on the thing in June. Boomer Diesel over nighted me one. They also sent me the complete kit to do an oil change. Now if you have seen me with tools in my hands you will understand why I just stopped in Oklahoma City and had Boomer's do the work. I have also stopped in at the Strafford, MO shop and had them work on a problem for me.
I still highly recommend the Dynasys System and Boomer Diesel in Oklahoma City.Chinatown Thanks this. -
25 yrs old for misdemeanor petty theft? I've heard of ppl who committed violent crime and gotten jobs (granted some time has past) but 25 yrs ago is a long time. Chances are they won't even ask. Most companies go back 10 yrs.
I seriously doubt that will be a concern. -
Keep in mind some applications ask , have you ever been arrested.
-
We are talking Truck Driving....not Airport Security. MORE-OVER, its a misdemeanor. Bottom line,...application ask; put it down. Misdermeanor, petty theft 25 yrs ago. If they don't take you for a Misdermenor from 25 yrs ago "F###um"
Let's see how long it takes them to find someone who's squeaky clean to drive a 18 wheel truck. Risk your life everyday. Bottom line is, we all make mistakes,....some of us even get caught. We're all Human, and if employers can't understand that, they are delusional. -
depends on what u stole. If it was a case of blow-up dolls, you’ll be in good company!
