now you see how much the lawyers dig into our past.>??

the guy had another accident years prior, they used that against him..and i ask why..???

not enough sleep apparently was the reason for both crashes......

by bringing up the drivers past accident, went to show a pattern with him..

maybe now, he will lose his license, but in all reality, i don't think so, he will go on to drive tired ever more.

 

If nothing else, he’s probably uninsurable at this point.
