Really didn't want to advertise this, but I need some help. I need to get back to work, but can't get hired. I realize that my score is all mine and all my own fault, but dang it, I need some help here. I even hate to say it, but Id be willing to go back to Werner. Heck, if Swift or Schneider picked me up, Id take it. Here's a brief run down of what I've been told is on my 'record.'

    1) Speeding in New Mexico 65/55. Ticket was March of 14
    2) Two incidents when with JR Schugel
    a) Backing into a dock I tore the inner liner of reefer door a little bit. Admitted to such.
They put this on my report.
    b) Driver alleged I hit his vehicle. We exchanged info and I told my dispatcher. They wrote
me up. However, JR Schugel never did their due diligence. Never contacted other company
or driver. No police report, no damages paid. His word against mine. That makes 2 'preventable's.'
    3) Warning for speed in Indiana, but included a Level 1 inspection (even though he never did one.)
    4) *The worst one: Improper Lane Change 7/2016. No fatalities, but I messed that car up for sure.
Company did NOT fire me, but I left there in September. Now I cant find a company to pick me up.

    HELP.....HELP.....HELP.

Even though you drove for Werner with all those points you may not be eligible for rehire but doesn't hurt to give them a call if you need a job like right now.

    Wade68 Thanks this.

Your speeding ticket in NM should have fallen off already since 3 years have already passed.

And if it was not issued by a MCSAP/CVSA/DOT certified cop and part of a North American inspection report it is NOT on the CSA either.

I might have the date of NM speeding ticket incorrect. Think I saved a document that a company sent me that contains all this info. I'll take a look. Just got off the phone with another Florida company. Their insurance said 'no' as well. I'm screwed.

Ok, just went and looked at report that was forwarded to me from "tenstreet" when US Express was requesting info. I didn't see any info in relation to tickets anywhere. What I did see was THREE entries from JR Schugel. The two incidents I spoke of earlier and one "ran off roadway." That was when I was leaving a truck stop bobtail and hit a pot hole. Big enough to set off the sensor that is attached to the truck.
So, three incidents with JR and my most recent accident. I totally understand why I'm getting all these rejections, but dang,,,,it's disheartening knowing that I possible cant get a driving job for awhile. Uggggg

When you try to force a square peg into a round hole something has to give. Before you hurt yourself or some innocent bystander out there you should reconsider your career choice.
This isn't a knock on you, just my way of helping.
