Yet the numerous u-turn fatalities in Oak Creek, WI go unreported on. The most prominent one has a distinct tone change in the reporting once it became know the victim was 3 times over the legal limit. If this guy wasn't 'illegal' we wouldn't be on page 18.

Well, like I've said before, until we start holding these examiners / issuers accountable, there'll be no solution

And holding the owner(s) accountable who hired the driver and put him on the road. Like with a bank robbery. A driver who stayed in the car is charged the same as the one who went into the bank and pulled a gun.

Hopefully this opens people up to the truth and a revolution of our industry begins....root out these clowns and send them packing we don't need them Fing with our industry because they couldn't bother to legally be part of our way of life....

Illegals getting scam CDLs and get to live in a semi truck.
Sure sounds better than living homeless on the streets.

Who cares hauling cheap freight and making no money!

I get to live in a truck and wash my feet at the fuel island! Living the dream baby!

Illegals probably struggle to get place to live so being in a truck is next best thing!

Turns out he was here legally and got his CDL legally. You won’t believe whose ridiculous policy allowed this guy to walk right in. Use to be they had to apply for asylum from their home country…someone ended that policy so now they can’t be turned away and under the constitution have a right for a hearing..

Just like the peanut gallery ignoring Texas handing out CDL’s to people who speak no English..yet will blame California without a shred of proof.

Anyone coming down on the ATA for pushing the driver shortage bs? Anyone questioning where the allotment 65,000 work visa’s for 2025 are going?

He made good points. It's a serious problem and its not going to stop unless they look into the real problem.

And No One sees a Problem with this?
