####! I've seen long lists of violations before, but I think this company takes the cake!

 

Because I didn't see it mentioned anywhere here... seems this company is possibly owned by one of the drivers own ethnicity.

Same thing when I go through border checkpoints..”are you an American citizen?”

When it comes to asking potential employees any form of bias can result in a discrimination lawsuit..

But nothing there that could prevent the Gooberment from asking and verifying citizenship for the issuance of a CDL. I'd be willing to bet that's a requirement for an FFL... if they can do it for 1 type of license they can do it for another.

 

So he is legal. Got it. All the news stories are wrong and he was not going to be deported at one time. Glad thats all straightened out.

He had a work permit so nothing was there to stop him from getting a CDL.

WA gave him his first CDL (long term)
CA transferred it to a (short term) CDL.

Now the media is parading this guy through the streets along with the help of our elected officials…almost guaranteeing that he won’t get a fair trial.

IMO, once a jury hears all the facts this guy will be treated just as anyone else charged with vehicular homicide. Yes, he will eventually be deported not because he was here illegally though.

 

The back door was unlocked (It was locked) so that anyone looking to seek asylum could enter and get a hearing (eventually).

Perhaps one day our elected officials will be required to wear a shock collar. When they lie..we’ll know immediately. With AI technology being what it is I don’t see why this couldn’t happen
