3 dead after semi attempts U-turn on turnpike

    The thing with U-turns. They’re not always feasible, but when a driver has to make one, it would be wise for the driver to actually look at the surrounding area and make sure they can make it without putting anybody in jeopardy… That’s if they don’t have a parking lot they can turn around in

    If I followed the routing I usually get to the letter I’d have to do several just in the first half of my runs. I always rearrange the load before leaving so I can work one side of the highway and then the other. That now only requires ONE u-turn.

    Cant say i have ever sone a uturn before, but in a loaded spread axle it aint really possible in the first place.. unless ur western express they can make anyrhing happen :D
    But i have backed in off the road many many many times and also backed out into it which i really dont like without a spotter, but it happens every once in awhile...
