this is a reason why I'm for dash cameras... it allows you to help bring closure to yourself and can prove your innocence if you did absolutely nothing wrong.

 

Don't worry lawyer will request your ELD record and will find somewhere that you logs was 1 minute wrong, meaning that you shouldn't be there on a first place... There was TX court case recent ago, when car drove across median , hit upcoming truck, yet poor Werner was fined 1mil dollars simply cause truck was not suppose to drive in bad weather condition.

 

Why, was it oversize? Texas doesn't normally shut down roads, they let vehicles do that, and they figure god put that snow there he will take it away., At least that is the way it used to be.

nice thing about the dash camera though I don't care they can find something wrong with the LDS too bad you're not going to hang it on me I've got the camera that will prove my innocence that's the best part about it I don't worry anymore.
