    no joke, New Hampshire is well known for failing folks for this.

    they also fail you if the truck moves AT ALL without the seatbelt fastened.

    i sure am glad THAT test is over-n-done with! :)

    One thing not mentioned, nothing in your hands while entering or exiting vehicle.
    I was a paramedic so I'm kinda anal about safety. While exiting the truck my foot slipped on a wet step and if I didn't follow the three point rule most likely would have kissed the ground hard!
