I checked my 10-year MVR; it was clean.

3 backing incidents. If you get into another truck, P-R-A-C-T-I-C-E your backing. Every single day. Start your day early and end your day early. Before the truckstops fill up, circle around the truckstop, and back into a spot just for practice, pull out circle around again and back into another spot and park it. Every single day.

Thank you for your kind words. I want to get a trucking job again, but it looks not easy this time. That is my concern.

And some will insist in helping you back in... still get out and look, that walk around helps calm you and gives a better perspective, and make sure you do not have to pee, hurrying will be a downfall.

Actually, I did GOAL every time backing twice or more because I was a beginner and parking was the hardest part to me. but accidents happened. OMG..

Like others wrote, Get Out and Look is vital. Practice and more practice. And don't trust others to guide you, most of them have no idea either how your truck manuevers, still Goal. Keep up the search, someone will probably give you another chance.

Note to Self if you scratch a trailer at a drop lot don’t report it. Minor damage they tell you to report just burn you. Scratches will happen
