32 years old felony for stealing: are my prehire letters good?

    32 yrs since conviction? Unless the application asks HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY? you don't have to list it. Application which say 10yrs or newer you don't need to list it either, but in an interview I would let them know about it.

    ya it sucks if its that old and stops you over here in new zealand they have a thing where if a conviction is over so main years old you can applies to have it removed from the record i hop it dosnt stop you doing what you want to do

    Lol at worrying about a felony and/or people discriminating against a felony that occurred 32-years ago. Usually between 7-10 years and a lot of them do no care at all. Just make sure you're honest about your job history and you're golden.
