Go home each weekend. Hours may reset, but my work doesn't end. Happens when you have a small farm and all the stuff that needs done when you get out of the truck. I haven't spent a weekend out away from home since '99 and don't understand why I did before that.
34 hour reset and downtime....what do you personally do...

LOL keep 'em coming...
I hadn't thought of passing some time with dumping out the pee jug. I'm going to practice tomorrow in my driveway until I get good at it... -
When I was a new driver, and didn't have a laptop and was only home every 3-4 weeks, I'd take out my atlas, lay in bed, and memorize the map, look at populations of cities, look at the inset maps of the larger cities, etc. I love maps and always have since I was 5yo. My mom got me this wood puzzle, where every state was a piece of the puzzle, and they all had the capital city on them. I knew all the states and their capitals by that age.
I also used to watch The Weather Channel while real young, and would watch as they posted the cities and their current temps. I didn't know how to pronounce Houston (huss-tin) and Phoenix (phone-ix)
I would also read a lot of books on my down time.
Now that I have the internet/laptop, I usually get on here at night. I get to spend 40hours at home on the weekends now. -
DocWatson Thanks this.

If you ever swing up to Seattle there is a place on 1st Ave right near Pike Place Market called Metsker Maps. Awesome place and have never seen another like it. Go if you get the chance. -

Definitely hit the bar and try to pick up on the local wimminz.

Exactly. After dumping it in my own driveway a few times I realized that this would be much better practiced at the neighbors place. Plus I can be more efficient and just practice as my dogs poop in their yard. Kill two birds...
