just done inframe on my 3406c model got it all back together wint to turn the engine to adjust the valves and it wont turn it turned fine till i put the head on and now it wont move trying to turn it with a breaker bar thought the roker arms were to tight took them back off and it still want turn i cant figure it out i put assembly lube on all my bearings before i put it together also any ideas thanks

Did you make sure you left nothing in any of the cylinders? Don't take offense, it's been done before. Just start loosening head bolts and see if it frees up.
Did you verify the crank had standard journals and the bearings were standard? Just a few ideas -
did you forget to take timing pin out? did you have the timing gears off maybe have the cam out of timing.

C Model has the cam in the block doesnt it? Did you even have the front cover off? Will the engine turn backwards or is it locked in one spot? So all valves are closed right now and you have no rockers installed? Make sure trans isnt in gear as well as checking for timing pin still in the flywheel housing. What are you turning it with? Cat turning tool or just a breaker bar and socket on the front dampner?

got it goin thanks for the help the oil pump gear wasnt meshin good with the crank gear worried me for a min
