3406E 2ws Air system Problem

Hey guys, Im new here to TruckersReport, but after seeing so many threads and helpful advice i decided to post my problem here aswell !

My father has a 2000 Freightliner FLD 120 with a Cat 3406e 2ws. over the last weekend his air compressor safety valve just started to leak. we replaced it with a new one, and now it leaks again but only at 110-125psi and when accelerating. does anyone know what it could be?

btw the secondary air tanks frooze up and in were not building air, so we used some Safe-t-brake and it the tanks were good after.
