I've got a 96 E model and mine has 2 outlets just behind the turbo in the engine block. One goes to the cab heater and one to the sleeper heater. The shutoff valves are located in these same ports. The same 2 outlets are located in the water pump housing. The 2 in the water pump are usually the heater core returns.

Ok thanks
Im tryin install valves but problem is sleeper is feed from back of oil cooler and cab and tranny are feed from frint of oil cooler. Somehow i have to seoarate cab and tranny and install separate valve. On my p4 Volvo tranny was by it self but on this 99 T2000 tranny and cab are inline and not even y or t, just one after another -
