The gauge is bad. CAT engines have pressure spikes in the fuel system that hammers the gauge over time. They then will bounce wildly. Replace the gauge, but at the same time install a good gauge snubber. If you don't install a gauge snubber the new gauges from Pete will only last about 6 months before it is doing the same thing again

Well I got an accurate reading and pressure is right at specs 78idle-95max. Now the truck ran fine until on the way back from the first trip out with it. It runs smooth when cold today but develops a shake when it gets over 160degrees. Also seems noisy at #5 or 6 cylinder. Cam and rockers look good and i did another cutout test but all passed. No smoke at all. Could this be the start of another bad injector? It ran really well on the first trip until almost home. I appreciate the help.

Also what is normal operating temperature for a 3406E?

sounds like bad injetor ive had many do that after up to temp but they pass the cutout test
