When you are on a 34 hour resart, can you bobtail around to do personal things or does the truck have to stay parked?

That's a grey area. It can be argued that you can bt and not be on duty, but do you want to explain it to a Cop if you get stopped?

sure if your not under a load and just bobtailing and your logbook says your on line 1, I do it all the time....No problamo!Although when I do it, it's within the city limits of where ever I am...
