Secondary fuel tank does not cross over. Driver side tank will empty. But passenger side will be 3/4 full. Can this be a vent (vapor lock) problem? Or should i look somewhere else? 2006 International 9400i. If vent tube? Is restricted can i fix with a vented cap? Neither cap is vented? Help
