Im curious to know what Owner Operators should pay for independent dispatching services. Ive been driving for a decade and interesting in knowing what I should a pay for dispatching service before agreeing to terms.

I also want to kn ow if there are any wood pallet business owners. I was raised in a wood pallet family and prefer to do business in that as well. I was the actual successor of a wood pallet business and i have the knowledge to grow a wood pallet production. Im exploring all my skills right now.

A podcast I listen to stated that they pay a dispatcher about 7-8% on the load and they do all loads for the driver.

5% to 7% ,some do full service (booking ,billing filling out broker packets and collecting if needed. I was in the pallet business years ago , we didn't do new pallets. We specialized in recycling and repurposing , buy and resale or repair. Small family company no longer in business.
