3RD DAY on the job, My trailer hits the back of a parked pickup

Don't generally read these threads and this statement is part of the reason. Nothing is ever anyone's fault or responsibility in today's world.

 

You knew the company was at fault but you took the keys and drove anyway???? All I can say is you better stop and readjust your thinking here because you're not going to make it with your mind set. Not to be slanderous but just truthful. You need to protect yourself and never have a situation where you need to bring someone else in to blame. No one or company is going to can you for being too safe.

 

All I needed to see was the title--MY TRAILER hit a p/u--no son YOU hit a p/u--that is what matters

He probably did. It's on the trailer that drove itself into a pickup. Although I bet he is blaming the post office for not getting any mail yet.
