Located in Burlington county NJ, right next to brand new 1million sqft Amazon fulfillment center. Zoned light industrial. Close to Philadelphia.

This can easily fit 300 overnight truck parking spots, a fleet repair and or truck wash.

Lot has to cleared and asphalted.

    Amazing investment.

You can fit 300 trucks into 4 acres? I'd like to see a diagram of how you plan to do that.

There's enough square footage there to fit 311 trucks. Logistics is the driver's problem. If you keep questioning it, how's he ever gonna sell the property?!?

You're right, I shouldn't keep applying logic and common sense to a situation...it just makes things worse.;)
That 311 trucks you came up with....any room between trailers or space to set up an angled back-in or are we going to drop and pickup the trailers with a big helicopter?
LOL...We have a ten acre drop yard and, given the skill levels I see, putting 300 trucks in there at once would be scary.

    sir,
I stated overnight parking. I don’t believe at any single point and time there will be a fully stocked lot of 300 trucks.

if payed on a monthly basis, by a company for a reserved spot, and let’s just say 200 spots are reserved. It could easily yield 60k per month.

    You've never been to a Love's, T/A, or PFJ after 4pm I take it?

Like I said - Logistics is the driver's problem. But I was thinking some kind of giant overhead crane. You pay at the entrance, and it picks you up and transports you to your spot. Or maybe some sort of teleportation device?

However someone decides to run an operation is completely up to them. I am only offering prime land, zoned light industrial within a couple miles from a brand new Amazon Fulfillment center and many other big box chain stores. ‍♂️
