    I get phone calls at odd hours sometimes wanting me to do extra linehaul runs. Text messages at 3 AM don’t bother me in the least.

    My phone is setup to go to Do Not Disturb 2 hours after my shift ends to 2 hours before it begins. If I'm awake and I see it I'll call back, otherwise my time is my time....

    She gave you a big break on the drug test. Most companies treat leaving before the test, the same as testing positive.
    That makes you unhirable until you complete SAP program.
    Job applications even ask, "Have you ever refused a drug test?"
