That's not up to the company. If he signed in then the MRO will report it as a refusal. The only say the company has in this is they can come back and claim he didn't have a job offer. What companies will be willing to lie like that for someone that walked out of a drug test?

No, if he walked out of a secured area, by law that's a refusal and will be treated as such by the MRO.

Grocery DC after 4 hours still not unloaded so I left with the freight to go home. I got other things to do.
Security guard was rude on the way out saying I need to stay.

 

I don’t understand why the OP would complain about a 2 hour drug screen. If I get pulled in for a random or medical certificate renewal I at least get PAID for it since I am on-duty (unless CRST is too cheap to do that). Plus,it helps get a little exercise in!

All things considered, it was a lot nicer text than you should have got. What you did was a dick move not having any communication. Seems to me CRST ended up dodging the bullet. I can hardly wrap my head around this. I mean, you left the piss test, and didn't even tell anyone? What are you, five? C'mon man, please tell us there's more to this story.

 

The OP never said he had been waiting for two hours, he said "some guy" said HE had been waiting two hours.

 

So he might have walked in, client A said I've been here 2 hours, and OP throws up his hands, and says "I'M OUTTA HERE"!
