Ok well, i got my CDL in August, went to KLLM transport in August, past training no problem, after training my 3rd week out alone, i took off the trailer door to another trailer to my right, learned from my mistake, didn't G.O.A.L enough b/c of people honking at me for being in the way, learned from the mistake.. just ignore them, never have had a backing accident sense then. My second was hitting a pole at 2mph taking a sharp left turn, thought i could make it, learned if you think you are to close, dont try it, just back up and make it sharper, never have had hit anything sense then.

This dec.. the 18th, i was taking a right turn onto a 3 lane hwy, cleared the curb with my 53' trailer was stratining up into the center lane, and the driver on the far left lane decides he wasn't going to slow down so he slams into my driver side landing gear. I was issued no ticket b/c the driver had time to slow down, he was not issued no ticket b/c he didn't hit the rear of my trailer, but that would not be possible b/c the rear of my trailer never entered that lane. But they ruled it as a preventable making it 3 making me jobless.

My question is if anyone knows of anyone taking someone with only 4m experiance with 3 preventable.. but non were real major, the second wasn't really even a accident, more of a incident.

Any advice would be great, thank you for your time!

    You're pretty much toast.

Might try and find a small outfit or something local, like a dump bucket.

When I had trucks and drivers, one preventable in 3 years was enough for my insurance company to say no hire. And even if they did say yes, I still would not hire you. To many guys out here with squeaky clean records looking for work right now.

Sorry, not what you wanted to hear, but your license is your life out here. If you get hired somewhere, don't be in a hurry and pay closer attention.

It would be a good idea to pull his own DAC. Not looking good, but he should check.

It's going to be tough to find a company like the others have said. One thing in your favor as far as posting is at least you are not blaming the company for letting you go and putting it on your DAC. Here lately most newer drivers want to trash the co that let them go saying they are a bad company. It is unfortunate that newer drivers are having problems, but a company will only allow you to cost them so much money before they cut their losses.

try slurry pavers out of richmond,va.... they pay for you hotel and start out at $16.00 an hour. you drive straight trucks and tractor trailors. generally work between 60 and 70 hours a week ( in 5 days ) then off on weekends. ( if you want to be ) the only down fall with these guys is that they lay off from dec.-march of every year because of the winter months. but they are a great out fit to work for.

check your DAC. what you're describing shouldn't be on an MVR unless the fuzz wuz involved. if it's on your DAC, you might be able to dispute it. if it isn't on your DAC OR MVR, it doesn't exist.

I think you should try to get a job driving a box truck or something to that order. Sounds like you dont pay attention enough to be pulling trlrs which could lead to very bad things. Best of luck
