    I am a owner operator when I am not using my truck to pull my trailer I use my truck as my personal vehicle!Their are many hot shot drivers that do the same! anyone have any information on how the E logs system will work in this situation.It's my personal transportation and I don't think the government can tell me what I can and can't do with my personal vehicle that I pay foe each month!

    You really think they cannot? So the government cannot require tags, or they cannot require me to not put red lights on the front, or...
    My point is the government regulates as much as it can, and has for centuries.

    As for the question, you can always log it as pc. It's not really a personal vehicle. It's a commercial vehicle that just happens to be also used for personal reasons.
